There isn’t any issue that I can find in ACF, my sites are all functioning correctly. Things that can cause this are
– a javascript conflict with another plugin, try deactivating other plugins
– a corrupt javascript file, this can happen. A quick test is to turn on SCRIPT_DEBUG https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/#script_debug
