The first thing you need to do is to show the field group on the user profile page in the admin. I can’t say how you’d do that. Is this something that users can edit when editing their profile in WP? /wp-admin/profile.php? or is it something created by another plugin.
Then you need to modify the templates where this information is displayed to show the fields, again, this would be dependent on what template file needs to be modified which would depend on your theme/plugins/etc.
