The add on that you mentioned for yoast was created by yoast, not ACF. Also, the example they give shows integration where the fields to be integrated is known and remains static where in ACF it is not possible to know ahead of time what fields would need to be included. Doing this for ACF would be far more complicated, honestly, it would take many many hours just to work out the details. In any event, an add on for ACF to work with this other plugin would need to come from a 3rd party, either the dev of the other plugin or some other developer. The developer of ACF (not me) is not likely build this integration into ACF.
