Populate select in repeater with Ajax

  I wonder if anyone can help with the below please!

  I have managed to get the script above to work in one scenario, but I am stuck in my second scenario: I need to adapt this script to work (exact setup) but in a repeater field. So, the “Post” post type will contain a repeater with both the state select and city select in a sub-field.
