  I’m creating a premium WordPress theme that comes with a plugin (which have ACF Pro integrated).

  My question is – am I permitted to distribute the pro version this way? The plugin is not available anywhere else (neither for free or sale), it’s exclusive for the theme.

  Thanks for the question.

  Yes you are authorised to bundle the Pro plugin in your premium theme as long as you make it clear in the copyright information that the plugin files are not to be used outside the theme.
