Field meta_id

  hi,

  I have a nested repeater in a flexible content field,
  I’m using 2 ‘while’ loops to get a text field inside the repeater.

  Is it possible to get the ‘meta_id’ of the text box field from the postmeta table?
  Thought using ‘get_sub_field_object’ was the solution but couldn’t figure it out.
