I haven’t done exhaustive Googling but I have looked.
I dev locally, then deploy using Git, usually to a WP-Engine site. This means I have three environments: Local, Staging and Production.
Wondering how people are handling similar deployment strategies, keeping fields straight (and the same), without manually copying them, or creating them in all three env’s.

The auto JSON feature in ACF PRO will help you out greatly with your deployment.

You can create all your fields locally, then the field groups will be written to json files which you can push to both staging and production. That way, you always have the correct field data across all sites.
It’s is exactly what I am looking for.
