Hey I have 100s of sites using ACF Pro and recently I have not been able to update the plugins through the dashboard using the normal plugin up I need to manually delete the plugin then manually upload the latest version as a zip file.
I confirmed that the license key is added to the sites, but I get the error “An error occurred while updating Advanced Custom Fields PRO: Update package not available.”
Please advise if there is anything I can do on my end to correct this or if this is a bug in the plugin if you can look at it as soon as you are able.
Thank you!
Deactivate and reactivate the license.
Thank you! I gave that a shot and received the same error message unfortunately.
Usually that works, I have never seen where it was persistent over multiple site. Maybe there is an issue with your license.
You need to contact the developers directly.
You can try this form https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/contact/

Same issue here, but I don’t even get an error. I can’t even get the update button to show up in the plugins list.
Yes. tried clearing cache, incognito, standing on one leg and clucking like a chicken… No dice.
This is happening on every site I have ACF installed on.
