problem with ordering in field group settings

  Trying to have different field groups appear within different pages and the ordering feature doesn’t seem to be working. One is a really customized set of fields, the other using flexible content as blocks.

  Even though the numbering is correct, the one numbered “1” still appears before the one marked “0”. Any ideas?

  If you edited a post when the order of the field groups was different then WP remembers the order they were in and displays them that way.
