I’m sorry if my title isn’t very evocative, it is difficult to sum up. I’ll describe my problem directly to avoid confusing theory.
Through a Gutemberg custom block, I made a dynamic table editor using a repeater field, which rows have three fields corresponding to the three columns of the table.
Among those three field there’s one which is a “file” field.
I wonder if it is possible to replace it by a “group” field, and put this file field into this group, without losing the data that have already been written in pages containing this block for this file field ?
So I mean, merge or move the data of the file field to a group field->file field.
Currently if I do that even by keeping the same field name, it won’t show the files anymore, cause the structure is changed.

No, you cannot alter the hierarchy of fields without needing to re-enter that data. Altering the hierarchy of fields causes the meta_key of the field to change.
