Repeater 'add to top' option

  Hi Elliot. You kinda alluded to this as a possible feature in this thread:

  What would be great is that once you add the new row to the repeater it goes into the first increment on the repeater’s index. Reason I think it would be useful is that I am working on a version control file type and would make more sense for the newer added files would be at the top on the admin control.

  I would love to see this added! An “Add new rows to top” toggle setting in the repeater field would be really handy.
