Prefill many date fields with today date

  Hi,
  I have 20 post types and 20 field group.
  Every post has many date fields, sometimes about 20, and I need to prefill all dates with today date.
  I could add a filter to prefill date fields but I have too much date fields!
  Is there a way to prefill automatically ALL date fields of ALL post types instead to write code for each date field one by one?

  acf/prepare_field https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/acf-prepare_field/ allows you to create a filter by field type acf/prepare_field/type=date
