Add fields to a CPT post list page in the admin?

  I’m not seeing any options for this, but is there a way to add a field (in this case the “message” field) to the main post list page for a custom post type? So for example, I have a CPT called “Filters” and when it’s clicked in the admin, the user is taken to the edit.php?post_type=filters page which shows all the current posts…this is where I’d like to add the field. Possible?
