Backslash simple quote bug in radio button values fields

When in fields for radio button or selection you put values with a simple quote and you go back to edit them there's a backslash before the quote.
I thinck you miss a stripslash or you add 2 baclslashs.
Then if you save the Custom field lots of time you got tons of backslashes. -
