Field Group changes to Post when I save

This is pretty simple, but serious.
When I save an existing set of Advanced Custom Fields, the fields save as a Post instead of a Field Group. In the screenshot, you can see "2011 Feature Fields" and "Post Assets" clearly under Posts.
I tried using this plugin (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/post-type-switcher/) to change them back, but it doesn't recognize them.
Can you help?

The Post type switcher plugin causes problems with ACF.

Please disabled the plugin to use acf.
I'll look into a fix for this soon

Thanks Elliot. In the meantime, I just went into the database and changed the post type back to "acf", but they had definitely been changed to "post."
