Hook on Save options

Hi,
I would like to know if it's possible to hook some PHP to the function that save the fields i created with the Add-ons Options Page.
Because I add some options on the CSS and i would like to save them in the styles.css when he changes options, to not add another SQL request to the database at each loading.
Is that possible ?

Currently, no there is no hook for a custom save function in the options page.
I'll add this to the todo.
