Multiple select validation doesn't work

WordPress 3.4.1
ACF 3.3.9
When using required multiple selects, I choose an option and click 'Publish' but get the following error even when multiple options are selected:
'Validation Failed. One or more fields below are required.'
Any ideas?

I'll look into this, might be a bug with the current validation rules.
